Reservations Agent 100%

That's why you love this work:

• Receiving and processing individual reservations through various reservation channels using the -Protel- reservation system
• Receiving and processing group reservations
• Conducting site inspections
• Monitoring correspondence regarding guest arrivals as needed
• Maintaining the guest registry
• Ensuring optimal room occupancy in accordance with the pricing strategy
• Correspondence in German and English 

That's why this job is right for you:

• Completed degree in business administration or hotel management
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservations, is a plus
• Knowledge of the standards of Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels
• Knowledge of Protel, Knowcross, and CRS SynXis is a plus
• Excellent language skills in German and English / (French is a plus)
• Warm and service-oriented host
