Nurse (m/f/d, also part-time) - Badrutt-s Palace Hotel

Your key responsibilites:

• The role focuses on caring for and treating employees who are ill or have had an accident, and assessing whether further medical treatment is required.
• This includes arranging appointments with our company doctor or, for emergencies, with a hospital.
• Your job includes maintaining staff medical records with care while observing data-protection requirements.
• Managing the staff medical room and ensuring that medical and first-aid supplies are complete, stored correctly and within their expiry dates is also a main task.
• You will assist with accident reports and coordinate follow-up care with HR, doctors and hospitals.
• Occasionally, support is also provided to our hotel guests to ensure their well-being.

What you bring to the job

• Completed nursing qualification, ideally with several years of professional experience
• Good written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Empathy, patience and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to remain resilient under pressure
• Confident use of standard IT applications

Our offer

• Fixed-term seasonal position from the beginning of December 2026 until the end of March 2027, with the possibility of returning for future seasons
• Part-time employment possible
• Five-day working week averaging 43.5 hours, adjusted according to the agreed workload
• Five weeks of annual leave and six public holidays per year
• 13th-month salary from the start of employment, paid pro rata
• Accommodation in one of our attractive staff residences upon request
