We are looking for a new team member in the role as

Master Data Manager (m/f/d)- 100%

Location: Swiss Sites and Tuttlingen (DE)

(Bettlach, Balsthal, Grenchen, Hagendorf, Mezzovico, Raron, Tuttlingen)

Type of Contract: permanent employment

Startdate: in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities (preferred 01.09.2026)

Travels: 50% of time within the region Mentioned above

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control principles across SAP master data domains.

· Lead data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration.

· Manage the Non-Conformance Management team, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and systemic corrective actions.

· Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish workflows, approval processes, and conversion procedures.

· Coordinate data quality improvement initiatives, migration readiness, and cutover activities while driving issue resolution and project execution.

YOUR BACKGROUND

· Bachelor-s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

· 4-6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, or ERP implementation, or Quality Systems within a manufacturing environment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex business and quality issues.

· Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including non-conformance and corrective action processes.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English. Additional languages and Lean Six Sigma experience are considered an advantage.
