We are looking for a person available immediately or at an agreed date for the role of:

Experience: Medical practice manager, medical practice coordinator, responsible medical assistant.

Languages: Italian and German

Do you have experience in a medical practice? Would you like to put your knowledge to use as a practice manager, coordinator or responsible medical assistant in projects with our clients? Are you eager to contribute to the digitalisation of daily work processes at our clients and to take on responsibility?

Main tasks

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing projects related to client acquisition. You will conduct needs and feasibility analyses, plan and coordinate the activities of the teams involved, and act as the point of contact for our clients, managing and maintaining communication and relationships, up to the final implementation of the chosen software solutions and services.

Requirements

Experience in the healthcare sector, as well as excellent knowledge of work processes in medical practices and the related software used.

• You will be able to provide clients with your knowledge and experience in a targeted manner and offer them consultancy.
• You have experience in project coordination and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You are able to motivate project collaborators and support them in difficult situations.
• You use your communication skills effectively, are well organised and think in an interconnected way. Even in the busiest moments you remain calm and coordinate work purposefully.
• You are characterised by your analytical, methodical and independent way of working.
• You have excellent written and spoken knowledge of Italian and German (knowledge of English and French is a preferred skill).
• You have a car.
• You reside in Canton Ticino.
• You have experience and knowledge of the Swiss healthcare sector.
• A neat and confident appearance is essential.
