HVAC Engineer 80-100% as Building Technical-Energy Manager

Our consulting, study and management office, founded in 2002, active in Geneva and Lausanne, specialises in the operation of HVAC-MCR technical installations, quality control of Facility Management as well as monitoring and energy optimisation of buildings.

We ensure for our clients the proper functioning of technical installations, quality maintenance and cost control through monitoring energy consumption and maintenance companies.

To strengthen our Lausanne team, we are looking for an engineer with the role of confirmed technical-energy manager at 80%-100%.

• On-site and remote management of HVAC-MCR installations
• Monitoring of HVAC-MCR-Building technical companies
• Energy monitoring, fault analysis, optimisation of operation
• Management of small HVAC-MCR projects
• Operational audits and energy reports

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland in the HVAC field
• Swiss citizen or valid permit
• Fluency in French, English and/or German is an asset

REQUIRED QUALITIES

• Excellent communication, able to work in a team
• Organisational skills, rigor and autonomy
• Sense of responsibility, priority management
• Analytical mind and good writing skills
