For the Tertianum Lindenegg house in the Bern region, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ 50 - 100% with a focus on night shifts or early/late shifts from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process

• Performing treatment nursing activities

• Supporting our guests with personal hygiene and other daily living activities

• Regular rounds

• Observation and evaluation of care and support situations

• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)

• Taking over and responsibility for assigned professional tasks at night

 

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
