We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our organisation. As a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and hiring.
• Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage market insights and talent trends to influence hiring strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill positions.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.

Language Requirements

Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential.
