Description

• You hold a federal diploma of vocational education and training (CFC) as a horticulturist-landscaper or an equivalent qualification.
• You have initial experience in team management, ideally in the maintenance of green spaces.
• You master garden and green space maintenance techniques.
• You are proficient in French and communicate with ease and diplomacy with teams as well as clients.
• You are autonomous, organised, meticulous and enjoy fieldwork.

Tasks

• Plan and carry out garden and green space maintenance work (mowing, pruning, weeding, bed maintenance, plant care, etc.).
• Supervise and support a team across various intervention sites.
• Organise daily work and ensure compliance with quality, deadlines and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with technicians for intervention planning.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.
