About Our Client

Our client is a leading international company operating in a specialized technical construction sector.

Job Description

Key reponsabilities:

• Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders and project teams, providing practical guidance on contractual and commercial matters.

  Support the execution of large-scale projects by advising on legal risk, stakeholder obligations, and contractual commitments.

  Review and structure a variety of business arrangements involving clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.

  Contribute to the resolution of complex legal issues arising during project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate:

• Master's degree in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent); bar admission is considered an asset.
• Several years of experience as an in-house counsel or legal counsel within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project-related legal issues.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
