Join Julius Baer as a Business Risk Manager in the Division “Global Products and Solutions”, where you will play a critical role in managing non-financial risks. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, drive innovation, and shape the future of wealth management.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Develop, maintain, and assess the risk framework to meet business and regulatory expectations
• Embed risk management standards and principles in related business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks and contribute to their timely and sustainable resolution
• Remediation of business risk topics arising from operational risk including analysis and solution finding

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or Law
• Further education in risk management is a strong plus (e.g., FRM, PRM)
• 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a non-financial risk management role within the Investment and Wealth Management environment
• Strong interest in non-financial risk management, sound knowledge of the banking business, related audit principles, financial products, front to back knowledge of trading and execution processes, and the middle office. Trade reporting knowhow is an advantage
• Strong understanding of operational processes associated with the creation and distribution of financial products
• Ability to write and review policies and manuals
