Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Manage customer enquiries and shipment bookings in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs) and internal stakeholders
• Monitor shipment movements and proactively resolve service-related issues
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures, operational requirements and service standards
• Support daily cargo operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• University degree or graduation required
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, General Sales and Service Agents (GSSA) or air cargo operations
• Must possess legal work permit in India
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
