HR Business Partner with Responsibility for Vocational Training 80%

Do you want to accompany HR not only administratively but also actively help shape it? Do you enjoy advising managers on an equal footing, think in a networked way and take pleasure in professionally supporting people in all phases of the employment relationship? At the same time, do you care about vocational training and want to support apprentices and trainers in their development?

Your field of activity

• Advice and support for managers and employees on personnel-related issues
• Responsibility for professional vocational training: support of commercial apprentices, coordination of apprentice matters across all apprenticeships as well as further development of a modern, future-oriented training
• Support of assigned areas in all personnel processes from recruitment to exit
• Accompaniment of recruitments including application administration, interviews and contract management
• Ensuring professional HR administration including entries and exits, references, personnel files and master data
• Participation in HR projects as well as in the further development and digitalisation of HR processes

Your backpack

• Commercial basic training with HR-specific further education
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR function or as an HR Business Partner
• Trainer certificate as well as experience in supporting or training apprentices
• Strong advisory skills and professional appearance even in demanding situations
• Structured, reliable and networked way of working
• Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge; French skills are an advantage
