The SalZH Foundation is a non-profit educational organisation in the canton of Zurich, offering Christian-oriented care and education from daycare through playgroups to secondary school. It operates several locations in Winterthur and supports children holistically on their educational journey.

You will support our HR team throughout the entire employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding of our employees. In doing so, you ensure reliable and efficient HR administration and serve as an important interface to employees, managers, and internal departments.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the administrative support of the entire
• employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding including civil service
• Creation of job advertisements and pre-selection of applications
• Responsibility for managing personnel master data and personnel-related document filing
• Registration and deregistration with social insurance and authorities
• Deadline monitoring and HR controlling including key figures and evaluations
• Deputising in the payroll area including support with payroll runs
• Participation in HR development projects, e.g. in the areas of employee promotion and assessment

Your profile

• Qualification as a personnel clerk or comparable education/training
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration
• Very good German skills, knowledge of common Office applications
• Abacus knowledge is a great advantage
• High initiative and personal responsibility
• HR and/or professional experience in the educational environment (daycare, school) is an advantage
• You can identify with the Christian values and the work of the SalZH Foundation
