Ensure quality control of PCBA production processes (THT, wave soldering, selective soldering, mixed technology) and maintain control plans and acceptance criteria.
Support production teams in troubleshooting electronic failures and lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, 5 Why, root cause analysis).
Ensure reliability of electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, functional test benches) and implement corrective actions on test failures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce internal defects and support New Product Introduction (NPI) with robust manufacturing and test processes.
Support supplier quality activities, define incoming inspection requirements, and contribute to the analysis of assemblies returned from the field.

Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background; 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, quality, or test engineering.
Knowledge of PCB assembly technologies, soldering processes, and solder joint quality; experience with electronic test systems (SPEA, Flying Probe, ICT or similar) is a strong advantage.
Structured problem-solving mindset (8D, 5 Why) with hands-on, pragmatic approach and strong technical curiosity.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, R&D, and supplier teams; clear and effective communication with technical stakeholders.
Fluent in Italian; English B2 or higher required.
