We are looking for a Private Banking Assistant to join a Family Office based in Zug.

About the job:
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day banking requests.
Support Relationship Managers with all administrative and operational activities.
Handle client account administration, including account openings and maintenance.
Prepare client documentation, portfolio reports and meeting materials.
Coordinate payment instructions, account transfers and account statements.
Support KYC, AML and onboarding processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Liaise with custodians, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Assist with ongoing client reviews and documentation updates.
Contribute to operational improvements and support projects across the business.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering an exceptional level of service.
About the candidate:
2-4 years of experience in a Swiss Private Banking or Asset Management environment.
Completed Swiss banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial services qualification is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of Swiss Private Banking operations, client onboarding and KYC/AML requirements.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, flexible and hands-on approach to work.
Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities extend beyond a traditional assistant role.
Service-oriented with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
Strong team player who enjoys collaborating across different functions.
Fluent in English (essential).
