Your challenge

• Active support of client advisors in the holistic care of our clients and in various acquisition activities
• Independent handling of complex day-to-day tasks (telephone customer contact, correspondence, account openings, compliance inquiries)
• Independent preparation and follow-up of client appointments with active participation, as well as acceptance and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions. Ensuring the quality of client data and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Responsibility for daily business, including structured and organised support of client advisors as well as professional and service-oriented handling of customer enquiries
• Participation in the organisation and preparation of client events
• Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment and associated interest in participating in projects for the continuous optimisation of processes and systems

Your profile

• Completed banking training or commercial basic training
• Professional experience in private banking or intermediaries area, sound knowledge of internal banking processes as well as experience in fiduciary services and further training on specialised topics such as compliance is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, Avaloq experience is an advantage
• Confident German and good English skills
• Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with high initiative, independence and willingness for professional training (internal as well as external)
• High customer orientation and service readiness
• Polished manners, confident appearance and very good communication skills
