Job Description

Coordinate and monitor the logistics and shipment processes to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices and customs paperwork.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Track and report shipment statuses to relevant parties.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies during operations.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to traffic and logistics activities.
Support the team in optimising logistics processes and identifying areas for improvement.

A successful Junior Traffic Operator should have:

Educational background related to logistics, supply chain, or a similar field.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
Proficiency in English, with additional languages being an asset.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Interest or knowledge in the soft commodity sector.
