To complete our care team at our Résidence Pierre de la fée, an establishment where humanity and kindness are at the heart of daily life, we are looking for a

Care and Support Assistant (ASA)

YOUR MISSION

• Ensure the daily support of residents while respecting their autonomy and needs.
• Assist with basic care (washing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents by promoting a pleasant living environment.
• Observe the general condition of residents and report any changes to the care team.
• Participate in animation and socialisation activities.
• Respect current hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team (nurses, ASSC, doctors, etc.) and families.

Desired profile

YOUR PROFILE

• Diploma as a Care and Support Assistant (ASA) or recognised equivalent.
• Experience preferred in a nursing home, in geriatrics or psycho-geriatrics.
• Sense of responsibility, kindness and active listening.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to residents- needs.
• Rigour, respect for protocols and initiative.
• Good command of French (spoken and written), other languages an asset.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in DIR desired.
