WHO WE ARE

DLG is the strategic growth partner for the world-s most iconic luxury and lifestyle brands, fusing AI, proprietary technology, and creative intelligence to define the next era of brand performance.

With over two decades of luxury expertise and a presence across Geneva, Shanghai, Paris, and New York, we translate complexity into clarity and data into influence. Our fully integrated model spans strategy, technology, creative, and media - delivered through a platform built for precision at scale. DLG is also the publisher of Luxury Society, a trusted intelligence resource for luxury executives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Contribute to the strategy phase of projects, including research and benchmarking, using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Meta Ad Library, and AI-assisted research tools to work faster and surface sharper insights
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, and Social Media
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting tools, flagging key areas of importance, and use AI tools to speed up reporting and ad-hoc analysis without cutting corners on quality
  • Ensure all deliverables meet our high-quality standards
  • Attend client or internal meetings and proactively share relevant updates and notes
  • Actively support the team in coordinating follow-up actions with internal and external partners
  • Build a strong understanding of the role of each digital touchpoint in the ecosystem of our clients
  • Coordinate the design of digital assets such as websites and digital content
  • Supervise platform-related maintenance tasks and projects, ensuring smooth, on-time delivery under the supervision of the Head of Performance, across our multinational client portfolio

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, or in SEO/SEA, Social Media Campaigns, Growth Hacking, or Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or an entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) day to day to speed up research, reporting, and campaign optimisation; and know where human judgment still has to lead
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative solutions to our clients
  • Understanding of HNWI audiences is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Teads, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, Excel
  • Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus
