Legal & Compliance Analyst - Investment Funds
We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Analyst to join an international financial services organisation on a 12-month temporary assignment in Geneva. The successful candidate will support legal and regulatory matters relating primarily to investment funds, with a particular focus on drafting, reviewing and maintaining fund documentation.

Our client is a well-established international financial services organisation with a strong presence across global markets.
Its Legal & Compliance function plays a key role in supporting the development, governance and ongoing management of investment products across multiple jurisdictions. The team works closely with stakeholders from product development, commercial and operational functions, providing legal and regulatory expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Description
Reporting to senior members of the Legal & Compliance team, the successful candidate will support a variety of legal and regulatory activities relating to investment funds.
Key responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing and updating legal and regulatory documentation.
Supporting legal and compliance matters relating to UCITS, ETFs and other investment fund structures.
Assisting with product-related projects and regulatory initiatives.
Reviewing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency.
Providing legal support to internal stakeholders across various business functions.
Monitoring regulatory developments impacting investment funds.
Participating in the ongoing management and maintenance of fund documentation.
Supporting senior team members on day-to-day legal and compliance matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will have prior experience within the asset management or investment funds industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Requirements include:
Experience within Asset Management, Investment Funds, UCITS, ETFs and/or Alternative Investment Funds.
Strong knowledge of fund documentation and regulatory matters.
Excellent drafting and document review skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable and collaborative mindset.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience gained within an asset manager, financial institution or similar environment.
French would be an advantage but is not essential.
Both junior and early mid-level candidates will be considered, provided they can quickly become operational in the role.
