Your Responsabilities:

  • Develop reusable AI capabilities that support multiple teams migrating applications to a new identity and authentication platform
  • Design and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions for configuration analysis and migration activities
  • Build rapid proofs of concept and prototypes to validate use cases and demonstrate business value early
  • Transform successful prototypes into reusable, maintainable components, APIs, and automation frameworks
  • Define AI architecture, standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-augmented software development
  • Mentor and support engineering teams in adopting AI-driven development practices and modern tooling
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities related to AI technologies and methodologies
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, platform, and DevOps engineers to build data pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows

 

Your Profile:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured extraction, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows
  • Proven track record of building AI-powered automation solutions, agents, or workflows within large-scale projects and enterprise environments
  • Strong practical experience with GitHub Copilot and similar AI-assisted software development tools
  • Solid software engineering background with the ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions
  • Experience in DevOps and automation engineering, working closely with infrastructure and platform teams
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines and the ability to translate complex expert knowledge into AI-enabled solutions
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and mentoring skills, with experience introducing new tools, technologies, and ways of working
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Fluency in English

 

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Identity and Access Management technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
  • Experience with platform migration programs and large-scale application modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of AI governance, quality gates, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI-based systems
  • Experience delivering technical training, workshops, and enablement programs for engineering teams
