Your Responsabilities:

Develop reusable AI capabilities that support multiple teams migrating applications to a new identity and authentication platform
Design and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions for configuration analysis and migration activities
Build rapid proofs of concept and prototypes to validate use cases and demonstrate business value early
Transform successful prototypes into reusable, maintainable components, APIs, and automation frameworks
Define AI architecture, standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-augmented software development
Mentor and support engineering teams in adopting AI-driven development practices and modern tooling
Prepare and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities related to AI technologies and methodologies
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, platform, and DevOps engineers to build data pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows

Your Profile:

Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured extraction, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows
Proven track record of building AI-powered automation solutions, agents, or workflows within large-scale projects and enterprise environments
Strong practical experience with GitHub Copilot and similar AI-assisted software development tools
Solid software engineering background with the ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions
Experience in DevOps and automation engineering, working closely with infrastructure and platform teams
Strong understanding of data pipelines and the ability to translate complex expert knowledge into AI-enabled solutions
Excellent communication, consulting, and mentoring skills, with experience introducing new tools, technologies, and ways of working
Pragmatic, hands-on, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Exposure to Identity and Access Management technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Experience with platform migration programs and large-scale application modernization initiatives
Knowledge of AI governance, quality gates, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI-based systems
Experience delivering technical training, workshops, and enablement programs for engineering teams
