Description
Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle contracts, certificates, and HR documentation
Ensure accurate employee data management
Provide support on Swiss social insurance matters
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR administrative questions
Liaise with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth HR operations
Profile
5 to 10 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator
Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance (AVS, AI, APG, LPP, LAA, etc.)
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Service-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with employees
Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented
Fluent French is mandatory
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
