Lead and deliver SAP-focused IT transformation projects from initiation to go-live
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality targets
Drive business process improvements across key functional areas
Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation roadmaps
Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and system integrators
Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communication
Support change management, user adoption, and organizational readiness activities
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements
Monitor project performance, financials, and realization of business benefits
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives
Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a global and cross-functional environment
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with project governance, risk management, and budget control
High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in dynamic and changing environments
Very good written and spoken English skills. Additional languages are a plus
