Objectifs du poste
The Reduced Risk Products Category is becoming increasingly important and offers exciting opportunities to innovate and create superior consumer experiences. As Product Design Taste Manager, you will drive multiple product development projects on Heated Tobacco Products specifically and also across Reduced Risk Product categories while contributing to the development of future-ready capabilities and processes. Collaborating across diverse teams and external partners, you will help bring innovative products to market while enhancing consumer relevance and product performance.
Domaine de responsabilités
Lead product development projects across Heated Tobacco, Nicotine Pouches and emerging product platforms
Translate consumer, sensory and business insights into product development opportunities
Collaborate closely with Research & Development (R&D), Scientific Regulatory Affairs (SRA), Brand teams and Project Management Office (PMO) stakeholders
Drive improvements in product development methodologies, processes and ways of working
Lead product evaluation activities and provide data-based recommendations for portfolio and product decisions
Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives
Work with external suppliers, agencies and development partners to support innovation objectives
Qualifications
Storytelling : Robust commercial understanding and translation of business questions into actionable business recommendations and implications are necessary
Expérience professionnelle
Experience in product development, sensory science, consumer insights, innovation, category management, flavour development or related areas
Strong knowledge of product development and innovation processes
Diplômes et formations
University degree in Marketing, Science, Engineering or a related discipline
Compétences linguistiques et informatiques – lesquelles & niveau
Excellent English language skills
Compétences comportementales
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting sensory, consumer, market and technical data
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate consumer insights and strategic objectives into actionable product plans, while effectively managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
Curiosity, adaptability and eagerness to learn across product categories and technologies
