You can bring your passion for human resources into a diverse range of tasks:

• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related issues in the technical sector
• Further development of the company health management
• Absence management including support for long-term cases (illness/accident)
• Supporting line managers in the recruitment process
• Handling all processes along the HR life cycle
• Participation in HR projects as well as other HR-relevant topics
• Deputising within the team, e.g. time management and personnel administration
• Support and deputise for the Head of HR

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

You have a commercial education and further training as an HR specialist, which serves as a strong foundation. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial company. Your solid knowledge of Office 365 applications and Abacus helps you in your daily work. If you have a confident command of German, work solution-oriented, and are characterised by a socially competent personality, you are exactly right with us!
