Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for building and further developing our HR KPI architecture, thereby creating the foundation for data-driven personnel management control.
  • With meaningful dashboards, reports and analyses, you create transparency for HR, managers and management.
  • By analysing and interpreting HR data, you identify trends and risks and derive well-founded decision bases for personnel-related issues.
  • You support the planning, control and monitoring of the personnel budget.
  • Together with the controlling specialists of the departments, you accompany personnel, headcount and cost planning as well as forecast and closing processes.
  • In doing so, you analyse personnel costs, further develop HR controlling and ensure high data quality.
  • You continuously develop our HR analytics and reporting solutions and automate reporting and analysis processes.
  • You contribute to the establishment of an HR data glossary and the further development of data governance.
  • In exchange with the finance department, IT and other internal stakeholders, you optimise HR processes from a data perspective and actively shape cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Finally, you ensure compliance with data protection requirements in HR reporting.

Your Profile

  • You have a university degree in business administration, business informatics, statistics or a comparable field.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or people analytics.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel as well as BI tools (e.g. Tableau) distinguishes you, as does experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or comparable solutions.
  • You have experience in automating reporting processes and are interested in the use of AI-supported solutions.
  • Analytical and networked thinking as well as a strong affinity for numbers and data characterise you.
  • You prepare complex issues in an understandable and appealing way and communicate them appropriately to different stakeholders.
  • You work in a structured, independent and precise manner and bring initiative as well as enjoyment in cross-departmental collaboration.
  • You enjoy recognising connections, further developing data-based solutions and contributing to well-founded personnel decisions with your work.
