Your new job

  • Implementation of the APN role at the Brig location with direct clinical practice
  • Development and introduction of standards and care models
  • Execution of quality projects, including leading specialist topic groups
  • Assuming extended nursing responsibility for people with complex health situations
  • Consultation, coaching and support of clients, relatives and employees
  • Conceptual collaboration in the further development of services
  • Maintaining active cooperation with internal and external specialists as well as partner institutions
  • Participation in public relations and attendance at internal and external working groups

Your qualification

  • Master's degree in nursing (MScN)
  • Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
  • High quality awareness
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Resilient, flexible and strong communication skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Good IT knowledge and administrative skills
  • Own car
