About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international organisation operating in a highly professional and multicultural environment. This is a temporary assignment covering an employee absence through 31 March 2027, with potential extension and an immediate / October start preferred.

Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, talent management and organisational development.
  • Support workforce planning activities, including recruitment, succession planning and capability building.
  • Drive talent development initiatives such as career planning, mobility, upskilling and reskilling programmes.
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, conflict resolution and long-term absence cases.
  • Promote employee engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyse HR metrics and workforce trends to support data-driven decision making.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for designated business areas.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and align HR priorities with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6 to 10 years of HR experience gained within an international environment.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and employment practices.
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters and supporting managers through complex people challenges.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
