CERTIFIED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
In this versatile and responsible role, you will oversee demanding new build and renovation projects.
Your Tasks
- Managing the construction project from preliminary planning to completion
- Ensuring occupational safety on the construction site
- Coordination with site management, clients, planners, and suppliers
- Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality compliance
- Leading and supporting foremen and site teams
- Assisting with measurement and post-calculation
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in the main construction trade (EFZ)
- Training as a construction manager SBA or professional experience in this field
- Proficient in MS Office and SORBA
- Independent, organised, and precise working style
- Communicative and team-oriented personality
