AI Opportunity Funnel

• Systematically collect and evaluate AI ideas originating across the bank, conducting initial assessments and providing recommendations
• Analyse end-to-end client and business processes to identify opportunities for AI- driven re-design and enhanced efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders to re-imagine end to end journeys, challenge assumptions, build compelling value hypotheses, and ensure readiness for implementation
• Develop and apply a consistent framework to evaluate and prioritise AI opprtunities, aligned with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Translate prioritised AI opportunities into delivery-ready initiatives, working closely with the AI ART and other units within the bank to successfully deliver prioritised use cases

AI Value Realisation

• Support the successful implementation of prioritised AI use cases, ensuring business outcomes are delivered
• Lead and present strategic AI initiatives to relevant stakeholders, adapting messages to different audiences and ensuring clear, compelling communication
• Define, monitor and report on agreed KPIs, ensuring transparency on progress, adoption and value delivered

AI Governance & Strategy

• Contribute to the development and execution of the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Support the preparation of materials and decision-making for the AI Steering Committee and other senior governance bodies overseeing the bank's AI journey
• Partner with senior management and stakeholders to continuously enhance the bank's AI governance framework
• Collaborate closely with the Responsible AI Committee, Model Risk Management and other risk functions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Data Science, or another relevant field

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking, consulting, or another highly regulated environment is preferred

• Digital Enablement: Familiarity with AI technology, process re-engineering, workflow automation and analytics tools. Understanding and enhancing banking tools and business architecture

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, influence across levels, and navigate complex matrix organisations

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear, engaging, and actionable messages

• Strong analytical mindset, with experience using feedback, adoption metrics, or readiness assessments to inform change activities and measure impact

• Structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced transformation environment

• Collaborative team player with high empathy, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine passion for AI transformation

• Fluency in English is required; German or additional languages are an advantage
