Training & Education Manager - Medical Education & Clinical Engagement

At mylife Diabetes Care, Medical Affairs plays a central role in translating clinical evidence, product knowledge and expert insights into meaningful education and safe, effective use of our diabetes technologies. As our portfolio and international activities continue to grow, Training & Education and Medical Education are becoming increasingly important for consistent clinical application across markets.

As Training & Education Manager - Medical Education & Clinical Engagement, you will help turn scientific and clinical knowledge into practical training, Medical Education and affiliate support. You will work closely with our Medical Director, healthcare professionals, affiliates and cross-functional teams to ensure that complex clinical information becomes clear, relevant and actionable.

This is a hands-on Medical Affairs role for someone who enjoys combining scientific content, education and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to global Training & Education activities, Medical Education content, Advisory Boards, scientific symposia and clinical engagement while helping our affiliates apply evidence and product knowledge consistently in practice.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

• Support the implementation of global Training & Education and Medical Education activities across affiliates and markets, working closely with the Medical Director

• Develop, review and maintain high-quality medical-scientific training and education materials for healthcare professionals, affiliates and internal teams

• Translate clinical evidence, product knowledge and expert insights into practical training content, clinical scenarios, onboarding materials, FAQs and educational tools

• Coordinate training rollouts, workshops, webinars, train-the-trainer formats and affiliate enablement activities

• Support the Medical Education Platform and other HCP education channels with accurate, practical and evidence-based content

• Support affiliates in applying centrally developed education and clinical guidance consistently, and help identify recurring training needs and gaps in understanding

• Support the planning, preparation and follow-up of Medical Advisory Boards and expert steering committees, including agendas, briefing materials, scientific content, documentation and agreed actions

• Contribute to scientific symposia and congress-related Medical Education activities, including speaker preparation, scientific content coordination, internal knowledge transfer and follow-up materials

• Prepare and review medical-scientific content related to product understanding, clinical positioning, launch readiness and safe product use

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory/Risk, Commercial, Marketing, Clinical Evaluation & Research, Medical & KOL Strategy, Scientific Strategy & Insights and local affiliates to ensure clear, consistent and high-quality Medical Education

• These responsibilities reflect the internal profile’s scope across T&E execution, Medical Education, affiliate enablement, Advisory Boards, symposia and cross-functional collaboration

• University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, nursing, diabetes education, biomedical engineering or a related scientific field; an advanced degree is an advantage

• Experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Medical Education, Clinical Education, Training & Education, Clinical Engagement or a related function

• Experience in diabetes, diabetes technology, automated insulin delivery, CGM, insulin pump therapy or medical devices is strongly preferred

• Experience in developing high-quality training materials, HCP education formats, workshops, webinars or other Medical Education activities

• Experience working with healthcare professionals, KOLs, affiliates and cross-functional internal stakeholders; exposure to Advisory Boards, scientific symposia or congress activities is highly relevant

• Strong medical-scientific understanding with the ability to translate complex clinical evidence and product information into clear, practical and audience-appropriate education

• Strong scientific writing, presentation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a structured and reliable working style

• Comfortable working in an international matrix environment and collaborating across Medical, Product, R&D, Regulatory/Risk, Commercial and Marketing functions

• Experience with digital education tools or Medical Education platforms is an advantage

• Fluency in English; German, French or Italian is an advantage
