• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks

• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

• Generate actionable insights and recommendations

• Lead performance reporting and dashboards

• Drive test-and-learn and continuous improvement

• Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations

• Collaborate across marketing teams and agency partners

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Digital Media, Analytics, Business Administration or a related field

• Additional qualifications in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Market Research, or Digital Marketing are an advantage

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

Experience:

• 8-10+ years in marketing effectiveness, analytics, or performance marketing

• Proven experience in building and institutionalising marketing effectiveness capabilities

• Proven experience in developing measurement frameworks

• Experience measuring integrated campaigns

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Experience in financial services or premium brands preferred

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement and campaign performance evaluation

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Experience with analytics, visualisation, and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau)

Personal Skills:

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Collaborative and influential across functions

• Results-oriented, proactive, and accountable
