As part of our Client Account Team, you will be the central interface between "your" CG&S clients and Accenture's operational business units across different types of services (consulting, technology, business process outsourcing). In this role, you will expand our project portfolio with the client and, as a Relationship Manager, ensure optimal outcomes and the highest levels of client satisfaction across ongoing projects.

Your goal: identify the client's strategies and priorities, match them with the broad range of services Accenture offers, put together the best possible proposition, and deliver tangible value to the client.

• Build client relationships.
  You proactively engage with (potential) clients and respond to tenders with the goal of generating additional project business.
• Coordinate the proposal process.
  Focusing on value proposition, added value, strategic fit and related topics, you coordinate and orchestrate the proposal process as the central quality authority - acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally, including for existing clients in the context of ongoing projects, such as in Steering Committees (SteerCos) or during escalations.
• Drive positive business growth.
  In short: through your planning and management activities, you contribute to the positive portfolio and business development of both the client and Accenture.
