Internship – AI Software Engineer - AI-Powered Non-Regression Test Case Generation

As an AI Software Engineer Intern, you will help design and build intelligent capabilities that improve how settlement applications are tested and validated.

You will:

• Develop AI-powered solutions capable of analyzing application code and functional specifications to generate structured non-regression test scenarios.
• Explore LLM-based approaches for code understanding, business-rule extraction, and automated test design.
• Analyze Java and legacy applications supporting securities settlement activities.
• Identify critical business workflows and ensure they are adequately covered by automated testing assets.
• Build prototypes combining AI techniques with software engineering best practices.
• Improve test coverage visibility through automated reporting and quality metrics.
• Integrate generated outputs into existing testing frameworks and development workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers and architects to evaluate the effectiveness and scalability of AI-driven testing approaches.

• Master's degree student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundations in software engineering, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Good programming skills in Java or a comparable language.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, or AI development frameworks.
• Understanding of distributed systems and backend application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to navigate and understand large existing codebases.
• Interest in financial systems and enterprise-scale applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a passion for learning.
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
