Operator Packaging (80-100%)

In our packaging team, you ensure that our ophthalmic medicines are packaged to the highest quality and reliably reach patients worldwide. With your quality awareness and technical understanding, you make a direct contribution to product safety and compliance with our high-quality standards.

Your Role

• Operate, monitor, and clean modern packaging machines.
• Ensure a smooth packaging process and the highest quality standards.
• Document production and packaging steps in compliance with GMP.
• Consistently adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or comparable practical education.
• Experience in production, ideally in packaging or with production machinery.
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with machines.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system as well as a reliable and independent working style.
