ICT Specialist Digital Workplace & Collaboration

Are you ready to help develop the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence centre of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our internal customers with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.

We as the Office for Informatics are therefore looking for an ICT Specialist Digital Workplace & Collaboration to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• You ensure the operation and further development of collaboration and automation tools based on the M365 platform
• You plan and prioritise projects together with stakeholders and accompany them throughout the entire lifecycle of the solution
• You support our customers in the digitalisation and automation of collaboration and business processes
• You work in 2nd and 3rd level support
• You create and maintain technical documentation and guidelines

What we expect from you

• A qualification or further training in computer science or a comparable field
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Admin Center)
• Experience in operating and further developing collaboration and workplace solutions
• Connected, analytical thinking as well as a structured and team-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
