Client Advisor - in the Construction + Real Estate Business Unit, 70-100%

Your contribution to our team

Leading demanding projects in the interaction between clients, tenants or users, and planners is one of your central tasks. You support and advise public and private clients on complex construction projects with significant impact and contribute substantially to their successful planning and realisation. In doing so, you work in interdisciplinary teams, manage project processes, support the coordination of various stakeholders, and contribute with your commitment to the targeted implementation of projects in the interests of the client. Furthermore, your area of responsibility also includes advising on client-side processes in the areas of sustainability (including repurposing instead of new construction, heat protection), digitalisation, and choice of realisation model.

Your competencies

• You have a degree in architecture (Master's degree ETH or University of Applied Sciences degree) and bring project management experience in demanding building construction and repurposing projects.

• Your professional and methodological competence, organisational talent, and determination have already been demonstrated in the planning and realisation of completed construction projects. Your contribution provides effective relief for the client.

• You convince with strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial flair, and networked thinking as well as a pronounced customer orientation. You act flexibly according to the principle "Best for Project" and manage the project process in a goal-oriented manner.

• You are communicative and articulate complex matters clearly in both spoken and written form. You develop well-founded recommendations for action for the clients. Thanks to your in-depth expertise, you can classify specialist contributions and optimisation proposals during the project and represent them with a recommendation in decision-making bodies.

• Ideally, you round off your profile with experience on the general/total contractor side or on the client side and thus know the success-relevant project processes.
