Welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH) based in Horgen. The Lernstube is a free educational offer for adults. It supports people in acquiring basic skills and promotes their social and professional participation.
For application support at the Adliswil library, we are looking for a volunteer employee to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will accompany people in their job search and application process. You will assist in creating and revising CVs and cover letters as well as with online applications. You will address the individual concerns of the participants and strengthen their ability to write and submit applications increasingly independently.
You will work closely with the Lernstube management and observe the quality and data protection guidelines of the SNH. The assignment takes place every Wednesday from 16:00 to 19:00 at the Adliswil library.

- Help with online applications and sending application documents
- Support with simple digital questions related to the application process
- Promotion of independence and strengthening of participants- resources
- Close cooperation with the Lernstube management
What you bring
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of computers, email and common online applications
- Enjoyment in contact with people of different backgrounds and life situations
- Reliability, independence and a sense of responsibility
- Patience, empathy and a respectful attitude
- Experience with applications, in personnel administration, counselling or education is an advantage
