We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team in Murten. You will play a key role in ensuring that our non-medical products meet the highest quality standards throughout their lifecycle.
Your responsibilities
Own and continuously improve key quality processes, particularly risk management and CAPA
Act as Design Quality Assurance partner for R&D product development projects
Review and approve design and project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes, SOPs, and quality requirements
Ensure that verification and validation activities meet applicable quality requirements
Review and approve proposed changes to products already on the market
Support internal and external audits and contribute to maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
Promote a quality mindset through training, clear processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities
Your profile
Engineering or scientific background, for example in electronics, mechanics, physics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Design Quality Assurance and risk management
Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (experience with ISO 13485 is an advantage)
Background in consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, or a comparable product-driven industry
Good understanding of CAPA, product development, verification, and validation processes
Confident communication skills in English; German and/or French would be an advantage
Experience with electronic document or quality management systems is beneficial
