We are looking for a new team member in the role as
Calibration Manufacturing Technician I (m/f/d)- 100%
Location: Raron (VS), Switzerland
Type of Contract: permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities
Shift: Not applicable
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the life cycle of a measuring instrument according to internal procedures
- Carrying out calibrations according to internal procedures
- Reading a mechanical drawing relating to the construction of a measuring instrument
- Production support for the supply of control instruments
- Production support for production downtimes related to malfunctions of measuring instruments.
- Execution of enquiries and orders for new test instruments.
- Requesting quotes and placing orders for the purchase of new measuring instruments
- Managing calibration nonconformities in accordance with internal procedures
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Technical high school diploma
- At least 1 year of work experience in a mechanical engineering company
- Knowledge of the English language
- German fluency
- Previous experience in metrology is welcome
- Knowledge and use of MS Office
- Ability to work with a multi-skilled team
