Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to global projects, from strategical design to execution:
- Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global roll-out, collaborating with regions, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent execution
- Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention
- Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery
- Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers
