About the Company:

We are an internationally focused Swiss asset management company based in the Canton of Schwyz. As an asset manager within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (FinIA), we provide our clients with asset management, financial advisory and related financial services.
We operate in an international environment and act both on our own account and on behalf of third parties. In doing so, we combine financial expertise with an entrepreneurial approach to identifying and developing investment opportunities.
As we enter the next phase of our corporate development, we are seeking an accomplished and internationally experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company, strengthen the ex-isting business and drive strategic expansion into new markets and investment sectors, with a pri-mary focus on Life Sciences (particularly artificial intelligence) and international markets – with an emphasis on the United Kingdom, Asia and Eastern Europe.

Your Role:

As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial develop-ment of the company. Working closely with the Board of Directors, shareholders and other senior stakeholders, you will define and implement the corporate strategy and lead the continued devel-opment of the company as an internationally focused Swiss asset manager.
You will combine strong leadership and investment expertise with entrepreneurial thinking, exten-sive transaction experience and a deep understanding of international financial markets.
How You Will Contribute to Our Success
• Assume overall responsibility for the strategic, operational and commercial management of the company and translate its long-term vision into measurable business objectives.
• Identify, assess and develop new markets, with a focus on the United Kingdom, Asia and East-ern Europe, as well as investment opportunities and strategic partnerships in the Life Sciences sector (particularly artificial intelligence).
• Drive fundraising initiatives and further expand the company’s international investor and busi-ness network, particularly in the United Kingdom, Asia and Eastern Europe, within the aforemen-tioned financial sectors.
• Lead and oversee investment activities across asset and portfolio management, corporate fi-nance, M&A, private equity and fundraising.
• Lead, develop and support the management team and employees, while establishing a culture of excellence, accountability, integrity and entrepreneurial thinking.

Requirements:

• A university degree with excellent academic results from a top-tier university in Life Science Entrepreneurship.
• Strong industry knowledge and relevant professional experience in Life Sciences and AI, in-cluding the ability to assess companies, technologies, markets and investment opportunities in these sectors.
• Several years of international leadership experience in the financial sector, ideally in asset or wealth management, investment management, private equity, corporate finance, investment banking or a comparable environment.
• A proven track record in several of the following areas: corporate finance and financial analy-sis, M&A and transaction execution, fundraising, private equity, portfolio management and investment management, with a particular focus on Life Sciences (especially artificial intel-ligence).
• A demonstrated ability to identify and develop new markets and business opportunities and to translate strategic opportunities into sustainable commercial growth – preferably with leader-ship experience in Asia and the United Kingdom.
• Excellent communication, representation and negotiation skills, together with the ability to build trusted relationships with boards of directors, shareholders, investors, clients and other senior stakeholders.
• A high degree of integrity, discretion, resilience and sound judgement, including when handling confidential information and complex decisions.
• Languages: English and Russian.
• Willingness to be based in Switzerland for this role.
