• Active participation in projects and independent management of sub-projects
• Creating analyses, evaluations, presentations and decision-making bases and presenting them
• Supporting the Head of Recycling (Management) with administrative, organisational and conceptual tasks
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments and locations
• Independent handling of tasks and subject areas with a high degree of creative freedom

• Completed studies or business administration training
• Initial professional experience (internships etc.) desirable
• Strategic & analytical thinking
• Organisational skills
• Assertive communication
• Resilience and flexibility
