Do you want to be a key driver of transformation projects and shape the design of digital client interaction at UBS? The team

You will work in the -Strategic Initiatives & Digital Transformation Legal Switzerland-, with a focus on digital transformation and banking products.

Our team combines deep subject-matter expertise with a strong team spirit, enabling creative legal thinking and high productivity. We are a trusted partner for stakeholders across digital transformation initiatives and banking products.

Our team plays a key role in advancing -change the bank- initiatives across the following areas:
Digital transformation initiatives, online platforms as well as app, card and payment solutions (e.g. credit and debit cards, wallets and TWINT)
Strategic projects, partnerships and digital business models

Your skills and experience

• master-s degree in Law; Swiss bar admission is an asset
  2-4 years of experience in an international business environment and/or in a law firm
• good knowledge of Swiss law, in particular contract law, consumer credit law and financial market law
• strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to prioritize effectively
• full professional proficiency in English; fluency in German, French, or Italian is a strong advantage
• an open mindset and curiosity for digital products and technology
• a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage and coordinate digital transformation projects and act as a key legal contact on regulatory change matters
• Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate legal risks, combined with excellent drafting skills for clear and client-friendly documentation
• a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with Group Legal colleagues and stakeholders to co-create digital client journeys
• resilience and persistence in delivering guidance and developing innovative solutions within and beyond UBS
