Job Description & Summary
Those in international tax at PwC will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses.

Your impact
- Advise internal employees, business stakeholders and human capital teams on global mobility and immigration matters, helping to facilitate compliant international moves and cross-border work arrangements.
- Enable a positive employee experience by providing practical guidance throughout the entire global mobility lifecycle, from planning and onboarding through assignment or transfer completion.
- Experiences in managing immigration and work authorization processes as well as coordinating with authorities and internal stakeholders are considered an advantage.
- Collaborate with tax, payroll, reward and human capital teams to support mobility-related processes and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of mobility programs, processes and technology solutions, helping to increase efficiency, transparency and service quality.
- Develop deep expertise in Swiss and international mobility topics while building trusted relationships across the business and supporting strategic workforce mobility initiatives.
Your Skill set
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in global mobility, immigration or international employee mobility, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of global mobility compliance requirements, immigration processes and cross-border workforce considerations.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong interest in leveraging technology and digital tools to improve service delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Fluent in German and English; French is considered an asset.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
