We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer with strong experience in leading technical engineering activities and developing electronic products from requirements to industrialization, working closely with cross-functional teams.

In particular, we are looking for experience in:

Leading and coordinating technical engineering projects with multiple stakeholders
Analog and digital electronic design and product sizing
Requirements analysis and definition of technical specifications for electronic boards and sub-assemblies
System architecture definition, function allocation, and technical solution selection
Design reviews and industrialization / manufacturability considerations
PCB design
Defect analysis and structured troubleshooting across the full development lifecycle
Integration, validation and qualification support
Supplier / subcontractor coordination (co-engineering), performance follow-up and technical alignment
Technical contribution during bid and development phases (cost, planning, reporting support)
Strong analytical mindset, structured problem solving, and decision-making autonomy
experience in space industry and with ECSS standards

Main activities

The selected candidate will join an international engineering environment and will be involved in:
Leading and coordinating engineering activities across electronics development projects
Translating requirements into clear technical specifications for boards and electronic sub-systems
Contributing to system architecture definition and identifying the most suitable technical solutions
Executing detailed design work and supporting design & industrialization reviews
PCB design
Managing technical topics with external suppliers and co-engineering partners, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
Driving defect resolution and supporting integration and validation activities throughout all development phases
Providing technical input during bid and project execution, supporting project management on cost, schedule and reporting topics
