Ref 2583253 \| Date: 6 Oct 2026  **Specialist Scheduling \& Cell Logistics** For our client based in Neuchâtel, the Life Sciences team is looking for : temporary position ### **Specialist Scheduling \& Logistics \- Temporary position** **Tasks:** • Perform daily operations • Participation in projects • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling assigned treatment sites • Create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with treatment sites an manufacturing sites • Enter and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules in the planning system • Troubleshoot and develop action plans for problems encountered • Management of product returns and product replacements if necessary • Manage the process of scheduling patients at sites. • Provide real\-time planning portal support to external users • Create and maintain master data in the account management system • Participate and lead meetings with teams **Profile:** • Diploma in customer service or Supply Chain • Flexibility to meet changing business needs • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment • Skills in information planning and organization • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills • Fluent in English, German \& French good knowledge • Experience working in customer service, call center operations, account management, logistics or supply chain • Know how to work under pressure and in a demanding environment • Be flexible to travel (10%) *GI LIFE SCIENCES CONTACT* *[Write an email](< >)* jpid843d26ejm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
