Tasks

  • Manage accounts payable and payment processes effectively.

Skills

  • Completed commercial training; experience in fiduciary or accounting.
  • Strong digital skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and B2 level English, with great communication.

Trust Officer

For our branch in Zurich, we are looking for reinforcement in the trust team. You will have the opportunity to deepen your accumulated experience in a very broad area with various trust mandates. Are you aiming for a career in consulting? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing accounts payable / payment transactions
  • Managing financial accounting (including reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers for accounts payable / accounts receivable).
  • Independent preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as supporting the mandate manager with more complex closing tasks
  • Preparing VAT returns and tax declarations for legal entities
  • Managing payroll accounting, preparing social security declarations and salary statements
  • Performing HR administration tasks
  • Supporting the training of apprentices (optional)

What you bring

  • Successfully completed commercial basic training
  • Practical experience in trust, accounting or personnel administration
  • Trust or accounting clerk (also in training for this)
  • High digital affinity, sound knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Confident German language skills, English skills at level B2
  • Positive work attitude, commitment and precise working method
  • Strong communication skills as well as pronounced team and customer orientation
  • Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and collaborating with mandate managers and clients
