• Provide legal advice in the areas of banking, financial and commercial law
• Support business lines and corporate functions on legal matters, particularly within Wealth Management
• Monitor legal issues related to the services provided by the bank and propose practical, compliant solutions
• Assist with regulatory projects relating to banking and financial services
• Advise on cross-border legal topics within the established banking framework
• Provide legal support in connection with new financial products and services
• Support projects involving other Swiss group entities, foundations, branches and legal entities
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and contractual documentation
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various business lines and functions

• Swiss lawyer's certificate (Swiss Bar admission)
• Ideally supplemented by an LL.M. or another advanced legal qualification
• Solid professional experience in banking, finance, or a law firm serving the banking sector
• Strong interest in Wealth Management and financing topics
• Fluent English and French are required
• German language skills are considered an advantage
• Strong legal drafting and contract review skills
• Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment
