Here you will be involved

  • in leading all secretariats/team leaders of the clinics and institutes (approx. 60 employees)
  • with administrative tasks for the department head (e.g. minute-taking, creating & implementing directives)
  • in key collaboration on projects of the hospital and the medical departments
  • in the administrative management of central bed management
  • in all personnel and qualification discussions & recruitment procedures
  • as a contact person for the clinical information system (KISIM)
  • in optimising processes
  • in leading/organising the MPA training

You

  • have training in healthcare with business management or leadership further education or comparable qualification
  • possess several years of professional and leadership experience in healthcare or a comparable organisation
  • have a confident command of German, both spoken and written
  • have strong communication skills, discretion, as well as a structured and precise working style
  • enjoy working independently and in contact with internal and external parties
  • have a high sense of responsibility and strong service orientation
  • have very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as PEP, Teams, and KISIM knowledge
  • have a strong identification and passion for the work, a flexible and supportive working style with willingness to assist with basic tasks
